What’s your story?
I’m a lifelong learner. With a double masters I entered the corporate world 18 yrs ago handling Strategy, Business Development, Marketing, Marketing Automation. Moved my way up the hierarchy as a team manager in Biotech & Life Sciences industry. I love analytics, put love for writing and voila you get a new age digital marketer. I ensure business get returns on their marketing dollars.
How & Why did you start your company/passion work? Did you have a crossroad moment?
My passion work Getdigireach started 5 years ago in Hong Kong as a trailing spouse. I wanted to test my skills on businesses that I saw around me while settling my life. What began with Coffee Chats turned to a business. My chats would enlighten stuck up minds & marketing plans. Armed with new skills like Google Analytics, WordPress & Facebook Mktg; I took a leap of faith.
What would you like to say to fellow mothers or women thinking of starting a business?
You are doing something new & being very brave being an entrepreneur. The flutter & frustrations & flips are all part – be kind & forgiving & non-judgemental to yourself.
How do you bring BALANCE to your roles as MOTHER:FOUNDER:SELF?
I mediate and journal and total switch off on weekends & my daughter’s holidays.

Managed Paid campaign budgets worth upto $45K SGD, for 25+ clients. Single-handedly setup business in a non-native Chinese city – Hong Kong.
