The current COVID-19 outbreak has indeed changed our world from the way we knew it. Be it flexible working or online schooling or simply managing your family and kids, each situation seems to be a cause of anxiety and stress among parents, coupled with lack of social interactions and the fear of unknown.

Our Speaker, Dr.Vidya Ganapathy(M.B.B.S, D.P.M, M.D., M.I.P.S) who is a Consultant Child and Family Psychiatrist with more than 15 years of experience in the field brought to the table various key points that would help parents globally.
Dr. Vidya is the co-founder of Mansa Psychological Wellness Solutions. She conducts parental counselling and individual counselling for children with various behavioural and mental health needs. With a firm belief that the foundation of sound mental health is laid in childhood, she offers emotional wellness programs for schools, with age- appropriate and interactive sessions. Dr. Vidya is a certified therapist for early intervention in Autism: she designs Individual Intervention plans for her clients on the spectrum. Her multi-disciplinary team provides intervention by teleconsultations, to minimize any contact and the attendant risk to children and families during these Covid-19 times.
