Meditation is where we connect with our breath, relax our body, and release stresses which accumulate in our body and mind. With Meditation, we build a practice of stillness, self-awareness, and centering ourselves to gain a better perspective on life.
We allow our aura to be calm and settled and become a mere observer of our thoughts and feelings without judgment and or reactions. This becomes the start of our inner journey to better understanding ourselves and for our growth.
At The Happiness Ftt we explore a new theme for our meditation every Sunday and apply centuries-old techniques of Sound Healing, Reiki, Sufi Elemental Breathwork, including Guided Visualization, Positive Affirmations, And Angel Card Reading
