Hi, I’m Tess. I’m a mama of two, self-care enthusiast, closet-creative and clinical psychologist. Originally from the UK, I’ve lived in Hong Kong for 6+ years after relocating for my partners’ job. I work in a private psychology practice in Central Hong Kong, where I specialise in working with trauma and perinatal mental health (anything to do with mental health from pregnancy through to postpartum and beyond!). I’m super passionate about supporting mamas find balance over burnout, re-connect with their values and adapt to the many changes and challenges motherhood brings along. My current focus is on making psychological support more accessible to the mamas of Hong Kong and elsewhere, by developing a collection of online courses and resources to support them navigate this amazing, but often challenging, season of life.
