 Who is Anca Griffiths from OM?

The idea behind OM came about when Anca Griffiths, one of the co-founders, gave birth to her first child 4 years ago. “I came home from the hospital and it hit me that I had no understanding of the post-birth healing process for my body.” She realized that she was not unique in this when she read a tweet Chrissy Teigen sent out after she delivered her first baby: “No one told me I would be going home in diapers too”.

To Anca, more education and modern healing tools were needed concerning post-birth healing, as well as a host of other important wellness issues for women.
